Owners of Forkem Family Funeral Home Lay to Rest Possibility of Pressing Charges Against Local Resident Leroy After Breaking and Entering Incident Involving Embalming Fluid Theft

If it happens a third time, the undertakers may “undertake a different strategy.”

Written by Mary Margaret Middleton Jr.

Though she’s blind, Patience the pup knew something was up in the Forkem Family Funeral home. Leroy, Patience’s owner, had a long history of blowing up his check for whatever meth he could get but unfortunately the well was running dry.

The local funeral home owners could not pinpoint exactly why he was breaking in- “We thought he wanted in on our vault of cash but he headed straight for the embalming fluid. I think he was trying to get himself high off it.” As the cops came, Leroy pretended to be cleaning their storage unit but Patience kept barking which alerted the authorities.
