56th Annual Lindeville Harvest Festival to Kick Off in October

Residents sharpen their carving knives and ready for Pumpkin Spice Latte season.

    Written by Sam Jones

Dates have been announced for the 56th Lindeville Harvest Festival. This year the event will take place October 3rd through November 26th. After taking a year off due to COVID in 2020, this will mark the second year back in full swing. Residents should ready themselves for the pumpkin carving competition and for the largest home grown vegetable award. Last year there was a bit of an uproar after the Dandelion Diner advertised an addition to their menu with the Pumpkin Spice Latte. Once again this year, the local diner plans to offer both Pumpkin Pie and the Pumpkin flavored caffeinated drink, despite the mixed reaction of many residents. “That’s not coffee.”

Regardless of your opinion on the festive drink, everyone in Lindeville can agree that they are happy to see the annual festival return stronger than ever.
